About the role

Hitachi Global Air Power in Michigan City, Indiana, seeks an assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble compressors and components using WCI, P&I, WD, BOM, and print drawings, wiring machines, and test electrical controls. You will work in a safety-driven environment, handle tubing, insulation, heat trace, and frame assembly, and ensure finished machines meet quality standards. Prior assembly experience and the ability to read blueprints are essential.
