Team Member - Part-Time (20-30 Hours Per Week)

Pay: $15–$16 per hour

Job Summary: The Fun Playce is seeking an enthusiastic, dependable, and caring Team Member to help create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for children and their families. The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children, provides exceptional customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a part-time position with approximately 20–30 hours per week, based on business needs and employee availability. This position will primarily work late afternoons/early evenings.

Responsibilities: Welcome guests and check them in upon arrival, ensuring waivers are completed accurately. Supervise play areas and help maintain a safe environment by enforcing playground rules. Engage with children and families to create a positive, fun experience. Clean and sanitize play equipment, party rooms, and common areas throughout the day. Assist with birthday parties and special events, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Answer customer questions and resolve concerns in a friendly, professional manner. Perform routine safety checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns. Work collaboratively with other team members to provide outstanding customer service.

Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Experience working with children in childcare, education, recreation, or a similar setting is a plus. Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and a team player. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.

Work Environment: Active indoor environment with children and families. Part-time position (approximately 20–30 hours per week).Flexible availability is required, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods.
