About the role

We’re looking for aVP of Technologyto build and lead the IT function for a growing industrial organization. This role will define the technology strategy, consolidate multiple legacy systems, and create a modern, scalable IT environment across several acquired manufacturing businesses.
What You’ll Do:
  • Build the overallIT strategyacross support, operations, systems, infrastructure, and security
  • Consolidate and modernizemultiple legacy systemsinto a unified architecture
  • Lead decisions onoutsourcing versus in‑house capabilities, including MSP strategy
  • Develop anAI and automation roadmapfor operations and back‑office functions
  • Build and manage anapplication development team
  • Oversee allinfrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and OT environments
  • Create and scale a real IT department from the ground upWhat You Bring 10+ years of IT leadership inmanufacturing or industrial environments
  • Experience integrating and modernizinglegacy systems
  • Strong background ininfrastructure, cybersecurity, and OTAbility to build and leadapp dev teams
  • Experience working with MSPs and driving consolidation
  • Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution ability
