- Sort, scan, and route packages accurately using handheld scanning devices
- Place packages onto designated carts, racks, and route staging areas
- Ensure accurate processing of merchandise and packages
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Report to work on time and complete all assigned tasks accurately
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through problem solving and teamwork
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and with others
- Comply with all facility policies, including dress code requirements
- Experience working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment preferred
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 40 pounds as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to operate a computer or handheld device (training provided)
- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Access to reliable transportation for all required shifts
