Job Description Amanda Young Farmers Insurance is seeking a confident, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a full-time Sales Representative in Kansas City, Missouri. In this role, you will connect with prospective customers through outbound calls, introduce them to our insurance products and services, and help identify solutions that meet their needs. Whether you're currently succeeding in another sales industry, exploring a long‑term career path, or looking to break into the insurance field with little or no experience, this opportunity could be an excellent fit. Commission is also earned on each policy renewal, average annual pay increase is 20%. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources. Requirements Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Proficiency to multi-task, follow‑thru and follow‑up. Professional phone etiquette. A Property & Casualty insurance license is a plus, open to candidates who are willing to obtain before start date. #J-18808-Ljbffr
