About the role

J.J. Sullivan Inc. seeks an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our family-owned team in Guilford, CT. You will service residential and commercial systems, including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, and water heaters, in the field to ensure reliable operation. The role involves installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documenting service work, with on-call shifts and a 40–60 hour workweek. A performance-based bonus and potential sign-on bonus will be negotiated at hire.
