Position Type: Full-time internship (4–6 months), with an immediate start date
Hourly Pay: $25/ hour
Job Overview: The Retail Business Analyst Intern will support the Commercial department across business performance, retail operations, and cross-functional initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining broad exposure to how a fashion company operates and grows.
Responsibilities: Run and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports Maintain department files, trackers, and databases Review data for accuracy, identify inconsistencies, and flag issues Build and update basic Excel reports and analyses Help prepare presentations and recurring business reviews for senior leadership Manage communications with retail stores and sales teams Support basic POS troubleshooting and system maintenance Assist with ad hoc requests across HQ teams
Qualifications: Recent graduate or current student pursuing a degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Comfortable working with data and learning new systems Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies Organized and able to manage recurring deadlines and multiple priorities Strong problem-solving and communication skills Full-time availability preferred (5 days a week) Excel Skills An Excel assessment will be administered during the interview process.
