- Practice in Skilled Nursing (SNF) and Assisted Living, (ALF) facilities- RVU based compensation- 16-20 patients = mid $265,000 - $315,000- Possibility of additional Medical Director stipend of $15k+ per year-Typically cover one facility per day- AI for instant, intuitive charting- Lots of autonomy: M-F schedule with ability to leave once patients are seen and responsibilities finished, typically well before 5:00pm.- No call- Medical, dental, 401k, etc- 8 paid holidays
