Job Description: The Technical Support Representative (TSR) delivers multi-channel customer Service and technical troubleshooting from a remote workspace. Handling phone, live chat, and web tickets, this role focuses on resolving user access issues, guiding product installation, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Multi-Channel Support: Handle incoming calls, chats, and web tickets efficiently from home. Technical Troubleshooting: Solve network connectivity, software downloads, and installation issues. Account Maintenance: Assist users with login problems and password resets. Product Guidance: Provide clear instructions on basic product navigation and features. Ticket Logging: Document detailed logs for every interaction to track query trends.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 0-1 year in technical support, help desk, or customer service. OS Knowledge: Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and basic networking principles.
Software Skills: Experience with database navigation and Microsoft Office Applications. Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Soft Skills: Solid interpersonal skills, customer orientation, and strong self-discipline for remote work.
