If you answered yes to any of these questions, keep reading.........Responsibilities:VP of Worldwide Sales & Marketing* Provide comprehensive support and event production organization for the Sales Kick-Off, special events, and team engagement activities* Budget oversight for Sales Kick-Off, President's Club and other Worldwide Sales programs* Assist with project management by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues* Assist with the management of daily sales business operational activities* Oversight of the Executive Briefing Center, coordinating speakers and accommodations* Manage the quarterly Sales All Hands meetings, including awards, presentation, logistics planning* Coordinate and managing the planning of the quarterly business reviews and other Sales Leadership meetings* Manage all Sales Executive communications, regular and ad hoc – including Executive update, Club stack rankings, etc.* Assist with Sales Operations communications, regular and ad hoc – including quarterly updates, etc.* Assist with the development of presentations for board meetings, operations meetings and other key meetings* Manage a virtual team of internal and external stakeholder relations to support Sales Leadership* Prepare and maintaining operations documents and reports* Perform administrative tasks, as necessary* Review the Sales Team operations across business entities within the areas of responsibility* Develop comprehensive metrics collection to support evolving business needs* Plan, manage, and account for operating budgets within the areas of responsibility* Manage key relationships with external service providers and vendors* Manage key relationships ensuring correct alignment with business prioritiesPreferred Qualifications* Bachelor's degree preferred* 4+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives or management* Experience in administrative support, office management, or executive coordination roles* Experience supporting or coordinating projects and cross-functional activities* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)* Experience with systems such as Concur, Oracle, or similar enterprise tools (preferred)* Experience with project or task management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar) is a plusProfessional Skills* High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities* Highly responsive, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure* Ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing demands* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify information and identify key issues* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of an organization* Strong coordination and execution skills with the ability to follow through on multiple tasks* Business partner mindset with a service-oriented and solutions-focused approach A10 Networks is an equal opportunity employer and a VEVRAA federal subcontractor. Compensation will vary based on number of factors, including market demand for specific skills, role type, job level, and individual qualifications. Final salary offers are determined by considerations including, but not limited to, subject matter expertise, demonstrated skill level, relevant experience, geographic location, education, certifications, and training.
