About the role

Waltonwood is seeking an Environmental Service Manager to lead the ES team, coordinate models with Marketing, and ensure safe, attractive communities. You will manage maintenance tasks, oversee technicians and housekeeping, and collaborate across departments to prepare units for new residents. The role requires 3+ years in ES leadership for similar properties, HVAC safety proficiency, and strong organizational skills. Weekend/holiday coverage and on-site work are expected.
