Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Movement Search and Delivery is working with an established industrial manufacturing organization that is looking for an EHS Manager to lead Health & Safety at one of their East Tennessee facilities.🚨 EHS MANAGER | EAST TENNESSEE | MANUFACTURINGLooking for an EHS leader who wants to make a real impact at the plant level? This is not a desk-only compliance role. You’ll be part of the site leadership team, working directly with operations and employees to strengthen safety culture, reduce risk, and drive continuous improvement. What you’ll own:• Lead the site’s Health & Safety program with a strong emphasis on employee safety• Conduct safety walks, risk assessments and incident follow-up• Develop and deliver safety training• Partner with operations leaders and supervisors to improve safe work practices• Lead the facility Safety Committee and monthly safety initiatives• Drive continuous improvement across HSE processes and systems• Maintain environmental compliance, permits and regulatory reporting• Serve as a key point of contact with regulatory agencies What they’re looking for:• 3+ years of EHS/HSE experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment• Strong hands-on safety leadership experience• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems• Experience conducting risk assessments and developing safety programs• Environmental experience is important, but this role is weighted more heavily toward Health & Safety• Bachelor’s degree preferred• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both hourly employees and plant leadership About Movement Search and DeliveryMOVEMENT is a national executive search firm that connects companies with exceptional talent across engineering, manufacturing, finance, supply chain, information technology, sales, legal, and human resources.
