Nights Powder Coating Details: Temp-to-Hire position $19.00 to $22.50 / hour Full Time work available Third Shift (Monday through Thursday from 08:00pm to 06:00am) Prepare, hang, and remove metal parts throughout the powder coating process. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Operate production equipment and follow established safety procedures. Package completed parts and prepare them for shipment. Maintain a clean, organized work area while supporting production goals.

Nights Powder Coating Qualifications: Previous manufacturing, production, or powder coating experience is preferred but not required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a 10 to 12-hour shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Reliable attendance and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
