About the role
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues across applications, databases, integrations, and system logs
- Partner with engineering teams to identify root causes and drive resolutions
- Support business-critical workflows and ensure systems operate efficiently
- Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for process and product improvements
- Document common issues, business processes, and technical solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Engineering teams
- Contribute to improving internal tools and support procedures
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for solving problems
- Curiosity about technology and how complex systems work
- Understanding of web applications, APIs, integrations, and software platforms
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience 1+ years of experience in Technical Support, Customer Success Engineering, Software Engineering, QA, or similar technical roles
- Experience debugging production issues and supporting business-critical applications
- Exposure to modern development technologies and databases
- Familiarity with technologies such as:
- PythonReactTypeScriptSQLExperience working in SaaS, InsurTech, FinTech, or other technology-driven environments is advantageous
