About the role

Tilray Brands, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources to serve as the strategic HR leader for the West Region Beer Operations, partnering with brewery, manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, and brewpub leadership to drive business performance through people. You will support hourly and salaried employees across multiple locations, align workforce strategies with business objectives, and lead employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, and compliance.
