About the role

Ashley Industrial Molding in Iowa is seeking Deflashing associates to remove excess material from molded fiberglass parts and inspect quality. The role supports a team environment and requires a good attendance record and physical strength to lift 65-75 lbs. Shift is M-F, 6am-4pm (4x10 hr). Salary is $20.00 per hour with referral bonuses and monthly gain share bonuses based on company performance. Celebration meals are provided for holidays.
