About the role
Leading efforts in fee transparency and compliance, the full-time remote Multifamily Compliance Consultant will deliver product demonstrations, conduct analyses of fee data, and research regulatory requirements to assist multifamily operators in accurately advertising fees across various channels.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver product demonstrations to property management companies and REITs, preparing specific analyses of fee data for each meeting
Address compliance questions and coordinate with customers' legal teams while supporting Customer Success on renewals and expansions
Monitor developments in rental fee advertising regulations and translate requirements into specifications for product developmentRequired qualifications 5+ years of experience in multifamily with a property management company, owner-operator, or REIT
Direct experience with apartment fees in legal or marketing roles related to fee presentation and compliance
Working knowledge of fee disclosure practices, including mandatory and optional fees
Strong research and analytical skills to distill complex requirements into clear guidance
Confident in presenting to executive audiences and addressing detailed inquiries
