About the role
We are seeking motivated Independent Travel Advisors to partner with our travel agency as 1099 contractors. This role is ideal for self-starters who are passionate about travel, enjoy working with clients, and want the flexibility to build their own business while having access to agency support, training, and supplier relationships. As an independent contractor, you will have the freedom to set your own schedule, manage your own client base, and grow your income based on performance.
Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and book customized travel experiences for clients Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and goals Research and recommend cruises, resorts, tours, flights, and vacation packages Manage bookings from initial inquiry through post-travel follow-up Provide excellent customer service and ongoing client support Stay up to date on supplier promotions, destination updates, and industry trends Build your own client base through referrals, networking, and marketing efforts Maintain accurate records of client bookings and payments
Contractor Requirements:
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Comfortable using email, online booking tools, and learning new systems Passion for travel and helping clients create memorable experiences Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple clients
Preferred Experience:
