Location: Seattle, WA
Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Design Studio Producer to support a fast-paced Industrial Design team. This role will partner closely with Industrial Designers, Studio Leads, Design Producers, and cross-functional teams to help organize, present, communicate, and showcase design work. The ideal candidate has experience working as a designer or within a design studio, understands the creative/design process, and is comfortable operating between hands-on creative teams and senior leadership. This is not a hands-on Industrial Designer position, but the person should have strong design instincts, visual craft, and experience working with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
Responsibilities: Coordinate weekly Industrial Design reviews with Design Producers, Studio Leads, and senior design leadership. Collect, organize, and help create presentation materials for leadership design reviews. Partner with Studio Leads to create presentations and effectively communicate design work. Manage and update studio imagery, physical models, prototypes, and other design assets. Coordinate shipping and logistics of physical models and prototypes between design studios. Help maintain and archive prototypes, appearance models, and other physical design assets. Manage a studio library of reference devices, material samples, prototypes, and design resources. Develop new ways for design work to be shared across studios and with cross-functional partners. Attend weekly and bi-weekly Design Studio reviews and help ensure teams are prepared. Create internal communications highlighting project updates, milestones, and team achievements. Partner with Design Leadership on special studio initiatives and creative projects. Support creative team projects such as yearly team swag and other studio initiatives.
Ideal Background: Experience working as a designer or within a professional design studio.
Strong understanding of the design and creative development process. Experience supporting Industrial Design, physical product design, consumer hardware, or similar environments strongly preferred. Comfortable working with physical prototypes, models, reference products, material samples, and design assets. Experience coordinating design reviews, presentations, or creative work for senior leadership. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and presentation/design tools. Strong visual eye and enough creative craft to help create, organize, or refine presentation materials. Excellent project coordination, organization, and communication skills. Comfortable partnering with designers, producers, studio managers, business operations teams, vendors, and leadership. Ability to take loosely defined creative ideas and turn them into organized, executable projects. Basic working knowledge of creative AI tools and an interest in using AI to improve creative and operational workflows.
What We're Looking For: This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys being behind the scenes helping great designers do their best work. You understand designers and the creative process, but you're equally comfortable coordinating people, preparing leadership reviews, organizing prototypes and assets, and making sure the studio runs smoothly. Kaleidoscope, an Infosys Company, is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, spouse of protected veteran, or disability.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
