About the role
Zillow Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Counsel for Mortgages to partner with product and engineering teams on mortgage products, including AI-enabled features, disclosures, and regulatory compliance.
This role spans the full legal lifecycle from design to launch across Zillow Home Loans and related offerings. You will advise on RESPA, TILA, ECOA, UDAAP and state licensing, draft commercial agreements, and collaborate with privacy, compliance, and business partners while maintaining high
