About the role

Leading enterprise-wide initiatives, the full-time salaried Digital Program Management Director will partner with executive leaders and stakeholders to drive digital transformation, enhance operational performance, and deliver high-impact solutions, with the flexibility to work remotely or from various locations. Key responsibilities Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment with business priorities Develop program strategies, governance structures, and success metrics to support successful execution of initiatives Collaborate with business and technical teams to create and scale digitally enabled solutions leveraging data and emerging technologies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred Minimum of 12 years of experience in leading complex business or digital initiatives Demonstrated success in program or project management roles Experience working directly with executive leadership to drive strategic outcomes Strong business acumen with experience in developing business cases and performance metrics
