Assembly Light Metal Assembly – 1st Shift Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM Friday: 6:00 AM–10:30 AM Pay: $15.55/hour
Job Summary: We are looking for dependable candidates to join our team performing light metal assembly. This position involves assembling small metal components, operating a low-impact press, and completing repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Responsibilities: Assemble light metal components according to work instructions. Operate a low-impact press and other basic production equipment. Count and inspect parts for accuracy and quality. Perform repetitive grasping, pinching, and hand movements. Sit, stand, bend, and move throughout the work area as needed. Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work at a quick but thorough pace while maintaining quality. Follow safety procedures and production instructions.
Requirements: Ability to perform repetitive hand and assembly movements. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable with sitting, standing, bending, grasping, and pinching throughout the workday. Good attention to detail and ability to accurately count parts. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced assembly role. You should be able to work quickly while still taking the time to do the job correctly.
