Job Description: Production Assembler
Location: Greenville, WI
Pay: $17.00–$19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Shift: 1st Shift
Position Overview: We are seeking a Production Assembler to join a manufacturing team in Greenville, WI. In this hands-on role, you will assemble cabinets, casework, millwork, and other custom components using pre-cut materials, hardware, hand tools, and production equipment. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in producing a quality finished product. Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred, but candidates with related assembly, woodworking, construction, or hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble cabinets, casework, millwork, and related components according to shop drawings and specifications
  • Work with pre-cut and kitted wood components to complete production orders accurately and efficiently
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, product detail sheets, and measurements
  • Verify measurements and component fit to ensure finished products meet order specifications
  • Install drawers, hardware, fasteners, and other componentsPerform finishing work including sanding, fitting, and final adjustments
  • Use adhesives, fasteners, clamps, hand tools, and power tools to securely assemble components
  • Operate woodworking equipment as needed to finish edges and bore or route holes for hardware and structural componentsPerform quality inspections throughout the assembly process and identify any defects or inconsistencies
  • Complete detailed assembly work involving materials such as metal, glass, fabric, and LED lighting as required by the project
  • Ensure materials and components are properly staged and prepared for production
  • Communicate with team members, Design, and Engineering when clarification on project specifications is needed
  • Complete assigned production orders within established quality and productivity expectations
  • Follow all safety procedures and properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Perform basic preventive maintenance and properly care for tools and equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Assembly, woodworking, cabinetry, millwork, construction, or similar hands-on experience is a plus
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Ability to read measurements and perform detail-oriented assembly work
  • Blueprint or technical drawing experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn production equipment
  • Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
