About the role
To support a growing real estate research team, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Administrator will manage data collection, collaborate on research projects, and handle vendor approvals while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Collect and compile data from various sources, including online databases and surveys
Manage multiple research projects and communicate effectively with the management team
Process licensing requests and troubleshoot billing issues within the internal job database
Required qualifications
Undergraduate degree preferred
1-2 years of work experience in a business or office environment
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word
Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
Ability to deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly
