About the role

Job TitleBachelors degree in business, engineering or operations management, or a related field. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience working in complex product development environments with technical teams, such as engineering and advanced research and development. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and levels of the organization. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision-making. Comfortable with and adaptable to ambiguity and complexity in a matrixed organization. Able to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries and leadership levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in JIRA, Power BI and SharePoint is a huge plus.
