We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Card Services Fraud and Disputes Specialist.
Job Summary: We are seeking a Card Services Fraud and Disputes Specialist to provide full member service to protect the Members and the Credit Union from unauthorized credit and debit card transactions, billing errors, and fraudulent claims.
Key Responsibilities: Investigates and assists members and staff with fraud and dispute claims, processes charge backs, and issues provisional credit. Answers all questions and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve. Maintains member account information on applicable operating systems and ensures appropriate records are maintained. Submits required reports to Card Services Management. Ensures compliance with the regulations and card network rules. Troubleshoots, examines, and identifies patterns on any debit and credit card authorization. Coordinates with technical support and vendors to quickly resolve fraud and dispute cases. Record, monitor, and follow up on member disputes. Blocks cards in a timely manner when fraud notices are received and reissues lost/stolen debit and credit cards.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Two to four years of similar or related experience - supporting debit and credit card disputes and fraud cases. Exceptional customer service experience is required.
