Dev Co US Construction is hiring a Construction Superintendent for a 250-unit garden-style multifamily project in District at Laveen, Phoenix, AZ. The role oversees site operations, scheduling, safety plans, and coordination with the Project Manager to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of supervision experience on garden-style multifamily builds, a 4-year construction degree, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
