During your Sales Training, you will be exposed to various roles in each facet of the company, gaining experience in Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, Account Management, and more! This role is intended to provide the tools and training for being a successful Account Manager within the company.Reports to: PC Manager and Operations ManagerMinimum Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years of ageBachelor's DegreeCurrent, valid driver's license with acceptable driving recordAuthorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future)Preferred Qualifications:Strong negotiation skillsStrong attention to detail and time managementAbility to solve complex problemsOutstanding communication skillsDesire for a career that makes a difference in the worldThrives in a fast paced, multi-faceted industryWorking Conditions:Conditions vary based on the trainee's current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office and external environments. During some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office segments may include sitting for extended periods.
