- Understanding the general organization of the U.S. Government
- Research techniques using open source information and resources
- Ability to develop briefings on complex topics tailored to an executive audience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey complex topics to management and executive level audiences
- Demonstrating problem-solving skills through intellectual curiosity to solve problems presented in new and novel manners
- Proficiency in using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to process and augment analysis (not doing it for you)
- Maturity and accountability are critical to take ownership over projects assigned...start what you finish
- Creativity and resourcefulness to help us grow as a business
- Documented market and competitive intelligence projects as a student or professional
- Work supporting and/or executing Black Hat reviews is ideal
- Formal training in intelligence and analytical techniques used in national security environments is highly desirable
- Competitive Analysis (SWOT, Key accounts, Strengths in each of our target industries, how we differentiate, summary of offerings by competitor, estimation of competitor pricing, detailed reviews for each competitor)
- Market Research (Market Segmentation, Market sizing, Target Customers, Industry leaders/influencers)
