About the role

The University of Oregon’s College of Arts and Sciences, Earth Sciences department, invites Pro Tem Multi-Hazards Field Technicians to support real-time monitoring of earthquakes and wildfires. Based in Eugene, you will travel regionally to operate and refine a distributed monitoring network that provides critical data for public safety and community resilience. Under supervision of senior staff, you will assist in the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of digital monitoring systems
