Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Brookshire, TX

Pay Range: $18.50

Shift: 5:00 pm - 5:00 amWhat's the Job? Participate in the assembly and production of vehicles and energy products following standard work processes and instructions. Operate complex manufacturing equipment under supervision, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Escalate technical and process issues promptly to support teams and leadership. Perform a variety of functions across multiple production lines as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Maintain safety guidelines, demonstrate professionalism, and uphold exemplary attendance and punctuality. What's Needed? Ability to learn new skills and adapt to evolving work environments efficiently. Willingness to learn and operate new technology and equipment. Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal. Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and potential overtime.
