Warehouse / Counter Associate Tyler Rentals Tyler Rentals is an established equipment rental company that serves contractors, homeowners, and industrial clients. This is a hands?on warehouse and counter role supporting daily rental operations. The position blends customer interaction with physical, operational warehouse work.
Key responsibilities: Assisting customers at the counter Checking equipment in and out Learning how tools and equipment work in order to explain proper use Cleaning, inspecting, and staging equipment Keeping the warehouse organized and safe Staying productive during slow periods by cleaning, organizing, or learning equipment Helping ensure equipment is rent?ready and safe for customers What they value in candidates: Willingness to learn tools and equipment you may not have used yet Taking initiative when things are slow Strong work ethic and reliability Positive attitude and teamwork Comfort with physical work and being on your feet Customer?service mindset and safety awareness Typical interview focus: Tool or equipment experience (or how you learn new equipment)Staying productive during downtime Customer service approach Organization and reliability$23-$25/hour
