Paralegal – Business/Corporate Transactions A highly regarded firm is looking to immediately hire a certified Paralegal with extensive experience working in business/corporate transactions in Nashville.

What you'll need: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (heavy emphasis on Word and Excel)

Advanced communication skills both verbal and written Self‑starter with exceptional work ethic Strong attention to detail Ability to work with little supervision and to seek help when needed Excellent problem‑solving skills Ability to interpret information from a variety of sources and create consistent, accurate, and useful documents
