Calendar & Meeting Scheduling: Plan and schedule meetings, exercising judgment to prioritize and resolve conflicts without direction.
Qualifications: Seniority: This is a high-level position, not an entry-level one. We're looking for a seasoned professional who can operate with autonomy from day one, not someone who needs to be trained into judgment. Autonomy & Judgment: Demonstrated ability to prioritize, make decisions, and manage competing demands independently, without step-by-step direction. Detail-Oriented: A track record of catching the small things others miss, with near-zero tolerance for typos, scheduling errors, or dropped follow-ups. Strong Notetaker: Able to distill fast-moving conversations into clear, organized, and actionable notes in real time. Execution-Focused: A reliable finisher who takes ownership of tasks and projects from start to finish and communicates proactively on status. Tech-Forward: Comfortable using AI tools and new technology to increase efficiency and accuracy, with a proactive interest in adopting better ways of working.
Experience: 5+ years in a senior administrative, executive support, or operations role, ideally supporting leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Must be based in Phoenix and thrive in an in-office environment. Professional Standards: Commitment to maintaining excellent communication standards and discretion with confidential information. Benefits: Join a nationally recognized team with awards including the Norman Borlaug Humanitarian Award and the GuideStar Platinum Seal of Transparency. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, providing you the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children across the country.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
