As a 503A facility, we are fully licensed and inspected by the Florida Board of Pharmacy. We’re dedicated to providing care that feels smoother, simpler, and more human. Role DescriptionWe’re growing, and we’re looking for a Partnerships Manager (full-time/based in South FL) to help us build meaningful relationships with healthcare providers and organizations across South Florida and beyond. This is a relationship-first role for someone who is energized by meeting people, opening doors, building trust, and turning great relationships into long-term partnerships. What you'll doBuild and manage relationships with physicians, medical practices, functional medicine clinics, concierge practices, and other healthcare organizationsIdentify and develop new partnership opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and other channelsIntroduce providers to CompoundRx and clearly communicate what makes us differentOwn the partnership process from initial outreach through onboarding and ongoing relationship managementWork closely with our pharmacy and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for our partnersRegularly visit and meet with healthcare providers throughout the Miami/South Florida marketMaintain a strong understanding of our products, services, capabilities, and compounding standardsGather feedback from providers and bring insights back to the team to help us improve our products and servicesTrack outreach, opportunities, and relationship activity in our CRMHelp develop creative strategies to expand our provider network and grow existing partnerships What we're looking for5+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, account management, or a similar relationship-driven roleA proven ability to build relationships and develop businessExcellent communication skills. You’re comfortable talking with physicians, practice owners, administrators, and other healthcare professionalsHighly personable, confident, and comfortable making introductions and starting conversationsSelf-motivated and entrepreneurial.
