Spectrum Search is working with a top client here in Phoenix for a Senior Salesforce & Business Systems Analyst.The role provides:High visibility across the organizationOpportunity to lead Salesforce improvements, reporting, automation, data quality, and business systems initiativesAbility to help shape future AI-related projectsWe're looking for someone with:Salesforce Administration experienceBusiness Systems Analyst or CRM support backgroundStrong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into system solutionsExperience working with business users and third-party vendors/consultantsCommercial real estate experience is a plusThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving business problems, improving processes, and having a meaningful impact on how a company operates.Depending on experience, this role pays $110k-$130k base + bonus
