About the role

Compass Education is seeking a Head of Engineering to own end-to-end engineering delivery and people leadership for our growing engineering org spanning Compass, SchoolBytes, Griddle and Clipboard. Reporting to the CPTO, you will translate priorities into predictable execution, develop Development Managers, and shape the operating model for 40–50 engineers across AU, UK and Ireland. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery.
