Correspondence Processor The Correspondence Processor (CP) is a non-clinical staff with a high school education and some experience in the medical field, preferably in managed care positions. The CP:Processes and monitors all member and provider correspondence through the Molina Healthcare letter database Adheres to UM policies and procedures

Day Responsibilities:
Correspondence- Letter generation- selects correct template, minor grammar checks Required Years of Experience: 1-2 years Required Licensure / Education: High School Graduate/ GEDWill require 1 additional monitor in addition to laptop, keyboard, mouse and headset. Expectations should be that there is no unscheduled time off in the first 90 days. Candidates need to be tech savvy and able to troubleshoot IT issues quickly and work independently. This group requires effective communication with leadership at all times.
