Job descriptionsweet Frog is a dessert experience. We are passionate about ice cream, frozen yogurt, waffle cones, baked goods, candies...we are passionate about food. A successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, lead the store in the absence of the manager, and work with staff effectively. A background in QsR and/or other front line management is important. Having a keen eye for hospitality is a must. Who is an IDEAL candidate for this shop? Thanks for asking! Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Support innovative ideas to increase revenue
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
  • Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
  • Additional store duties as needed

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 25 per week
Required qualifications: Legally authorized to work in the United States 16 years or older
Preferred qualifications: Available to work: weekends
