The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling enterprise channels, lifecycle marketing, and performance operations to support the global brand strategy. This role requires a seasoned marketing leader with a proven track record in modern growth engines, performance marketing, and collaborative brand strategies that drive revenue. Key responsibilities include leading the evolution of the global brand strategy, modernizing the marketing function, and owning the growth marketing engine to expand reach and build supporter relationships. The VP will also be tasked with team leadership, operational excellence, and strategic partnerships to ensure that marketing investments directly contribute to awareness, engagement, and revenue outcomes. Applicants for the VP, Growth Marketing & Brand position at the company should have at least 15 years of senior-level experience in brand, growth marketing, or related fields, with a preference for those who have worked in complex, consumer-facing environments.
