What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering solutions across auto, home, life, and other insurance products
Deepen your understanding of needs-based selling with personalized coaching
Manage your book of business with attention to detail, urgency, and care
Work closely with agency leadership to develop your skills for potential agency ownership
Contribute to the growth and culture of a high-trust, high-achievement team

What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in the insurance industry (sales, service, or both)
A goal-driven professional ready to take their next career step
Strong communication and customer relationship skills
Someone who values mentorship, teamwork, and accountabilityCurrently licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health (or willing to obtain)
Interest in marketing and selling based on real customer needs
