About the role
JLL seeks a Director of Mobile Technical Services (MTS) North America to lead field operations, profitability, and safety across the U.S. and Canada with accountability for service delivery and client satisfaction. You’ll report to the Global Head of MTS, guiding regional directors and shaping a best-in-class technical services organization. You will own the P&L, drive pricing strategy and service mix, and champion safety and performance standards across a 1,500+ technician workforce.
