Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent our vacation ownership brands at popular local attractions, special events, and the San Marcos Premium Outlets.Job Summary In this sales-focused role, you'll engage with guests through face-to-face conversations, introduce them to our vacation club experience, and invite qualified prospects to attend our award-winning vacation ownership presentations.Whether you're working at festivals, trade shows, community events, malls, or the San Marcos Premium Outlets, you'll play a key role in creating memorable first impressions and generating quality tour opportunities.How You'll ShineEngage with guests in a friendly, professional, and energetic manner to promote the vacation ownership experience.Invite and incentivize qualified guests to attend a sales presentation while following all company policies and procedures.Screen and qualify prospective customers based on company guidelines.Schedule sales presentation reservations and collect required deposits.Represent the Travel + Leisure Co. brand at local events, attractions, and the San Marcos Premium Outlets.Attend all required training sessions and team meetings.Stay current on marketing materials, promotions, and industry trends.Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual performance goals.What You'll BringHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable initiating conversations with the public in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic computer and smart device proficiency.One to three years of sales, customer service, marketing, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6 hours at a time)Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.For immediate consideration, reach out to Jacob Noll (210) 607-3922Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.How You'll Be Rewarded:We offer a diverse range of comprehensive health and welfare benefits to associates who work 30 or more hours per week to meet your needs and support you throughout your career with us.
