As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will be involved in some of the company's most critical business decisions across lifecycle marketing/ winback, and get a chance to work with a highly talented team in a collaborative work environment. You will use your technical skills to produce metrics, design/ read experiments, and influence customer retention strategy.This role can be based in Seattle, WA or Arlington, VA and will require 3+ days in office.You Will:Analyze metrics across program performance, promotional pricing, channels, past campaigns and explore new business opportunitiesDeep dive into customer behavior and trends, generating insights that can lead to deeper customer relationshipsMaintain, improve, and develop dashboards for key performance indicators, while also monitoring and understanding changes in key metrics.Ideate/ design new experiments and present recommendationsYou Have: A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or related area5+ years of relevant experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.Strong background in AI-assisted SQLExperience doing data analysis with Python or R is a plusCompensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $132,000-$165,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
