Closer for Inbound Leads - Read My Letter We are looking for a Closer for Inbound Leads to join our team at Read My Letter. This position requires a skilled individual who has experience in direct mail, marketing, and advertising, as well as excellent communication skills. The Closer for Inbound Leads will be responsible for closing sales with potential customers who have expressed interest in our products and services. This person will work with customers to identify their needs and create personalized solutions for their direct mail, review collection, list building, and after-sales follow up needs.
Responsibilities: Identify customer needs through inbound inquiries and create customized solutions for each customer Develop and maintain customer relationships Follow up with potential customers on a regular basis Track and report on sales activities Assist with sales processing, including order entry, invoicing, and collections Assist with marketing and advertising initiatives Research potential customers and contact them Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction Establish and maintain relationships with vendors
