About the role

Intuitive is hiring a Sr. Learning Experience Designer to lead analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs using ADDIE. You will manage large cross-departmental projects, drive process improvements, and establish KPIs to measure success. Collaborating with SMEs, you will design and develop eLearning, instructor-led training, and blended curricula for new products and procedures, while mentoring Learning Content Specialists and Designers.
