Position Responsibilities: Deliver family‑focused primary care for adults Manage preventive care, acute illness, and chronic disease Build long‑term patient relationships Coordinate with specialists and community resources Participate in care team meetings Contribute to practice quality improvement
Requirements: MD or DO from accredited medical school Board Certified in Family Medicine (Board Eligible ONLY if currently in residency — must pass boards before starting)Active Georgia medical license (or ability to obtain)DEA registration Authorized to work in the United States
