About the role
Exxon Mobil Corporation seeks a transactional attorney for its Houston, Texas team. You will join our Central Organization to support a wide range of commercial matters, including drafting and negotiating acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, and EPC or services contracts across global business lines.
The role requires a JD from an accredited law school, bar admission (Texas preferred), excellent research and writing skills, strong interpersonal and analytical abilities, and the capacity
