About the role

Anthro is seeking a Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering to lead the manufacturing engineering function behind its advanced battery technologies. You will own equipment, tooling, and production processes, grow the team, and drive lines from pilot to commercial scale. You will manage a team of manufacturing and process engineers, partner with R&D and suppliers, and industrialize processes from Alameda to a planned Kentucky facility.
