About the role
- A high school diploma or GED; technical training or a college degree is a plus.
- At least 3 years of practical automotive repair experience or automotive technical training.
- ASE certification or equivalent manufacturer certifications preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
- Excellent customer service skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation.
- Good problem-solving, decisiveness, and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
